AN ACT PROVIDING STATE FUNDS FOR THE TAFTVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT DIVE TEAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Public Safety, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for a grant to the Taftville Fire Department for an addition to house equipment and necessary trailers and to provide training space for the dive team.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide state funding for the Taftville Fire Department dive team.
