AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PREFERENCE FOR THE SITING AND LICENSING OF COMPLETELY ENCLOSED ASPHALT PLANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a preference for asphalt plants that are completely enclosed when considering the siting, licensing and approval of such plants.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the total enclosure of asphalt plants.
