Special Act No. 15-19
AN ACT CONCERNING THE TASK FORCE ON THE HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS IN MUNICIPAL ANIMAL SHELTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The task force on the humane treatment of animals in municipal and regional shelters and other matters concerning the operation of such municipal and regional shelters, as established in section 3 of public act 14-205, and the membership of such task force, as appointed as of December 1, 2014, shall continue to consider those matters prescribed in section 3 of public act 14-205 and, not later than February 1, 2016, shall submit the report required by section 3 of public act 14-205 or any revisions to such report.
