AN ACT CONCERNING THE COASTAL JURISDICTION LINE FOR TIDAL, COASTAL OR NAVIGABLE WATERS OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 22a-359 of the general statutes be amended to include pipes, culverts and man-made structures for marking the coastal jurisdiction line for the tidal, coastal or navigable waters of the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certain man-made structures and objects to be used to mark the coastal jurisdiction for tidal, coastal and navigable waters of the state.
