AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE WATER PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that in developing the state water plan, any study performed in connection with the development of such plan be conducted by scientists.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the use of scientists in the development of the state water plan.
