AN ACT DELAYING IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PHOSPHOROUS REDUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-478 of the general statutes be amended to delay implementation of certain phosphorous reduction criteria for a period of not less than five years.
Statement of Purpose:
To delay for five years the mandate on municipalities to reduce phosphorous.
