AN ACT REQUIRING LANDSCAPERS TO REGISTER WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require landscapers to register with the Department of Consumer Protection, subject to an exemption for certain small entities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a listing of landscapers for consumers.
