AN ACT CONCERNING THE SERVICE AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR AT BOWLING ESTABLISHMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 30-91 of the general statutes be amended to allow the service and consumption of alcoholic liquor throughout the premises of a bowling alley, and not just in the area on the permit premise that is located in a separate room or rooms entry to which, from the bowling lane area of the establishment, is by means of a door or doors that is closed at all times except to permit entrance and egress to and from the lane area.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the service of alcoholic liquor throughout a bowling alley.
