AN ACT CONCERNING A CAP ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION AND THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to place a cap on the administrative expenses of the Board of Regents for Higher Education and The University of Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To place a cap on administrative expenses at the Board of Regents for Higher Education and The University of Connecticut.
