AN ACT CONCERNING THE MAINTENANCE OF A WAIT LIST FOR PUBLIC HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-44 of the general statutes be amended to allow the housing authority of any municipality to maintain a wait list for public housing based on the date and time the housing application was received.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline the application process for public housing.
