AN ACT EXPANDING AGE-RESTRICTED HOUSING OPTIONS FOR ELDERLY PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to expand age-restricted housing options for elderly persons.
Statement of Purpose:
To afford greater flexibility to senior citizens in housing options.
