AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICES REQUIRED FOR TOW ZONES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Amend the general statutes to require that, if parking in a certain place may result in a driver being towed, the person in control of such place shall post a sign stating "No Parking - Subject To Towing", and require any tow company to notify the local municipality's police department of any vehicles towed from such place.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect innocent consumers.
