AN ACT CONCERNING CREDIT IN THE STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR HAZARDOUS DUTY SERVICE IN THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that a member of the state employees retirement system is eligible for retirement credit in the system for up to eleven and one-half years of service with the Arizona Department of Correction.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide retirement credit for prior state service in Arizona to a Connecticut state employee.
