AN ACT REQUIRING FISCAL NOTES TO INCLUDE EMPLOYMENT IMPACT STATEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 2-24a of the general statutes be amended to require any fiscal note prepared by the Office of Fiscal Analysis to include a statement of the impact of the bill on employment in the private sector.
Statement of Purpose:
To require fiscal notes to include private sector employment impact statements.
