AN ACT INCREASING THE CAP ON THE INSURANCE REINVESTMENT FUND TAX CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 38a-88a of the general statutes be amended to increase the lifetime cap on insurance reinvestment fund tax credits by fifty million dollars while retaining the annual cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the maximum amount of insurance reinvestment tax credits in order to promote business and job growth.
