AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF PEDIATRIC PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS IN HEALTH ASSESSMENTS FOR STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-206 of the general statutes be amended to include, as part of the health assessment, pediatric psychological evaluations for students in grades six to twelve, inclusive.
Statement of Purpose:
To require pediatric psychological evaluations of students in middle school and high school.
