AN ACT CONCERNING VARIABLE ELECTRIC RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to ban variable rates charged to residential electric customers for electric generation service.
Statement of Purpose:
To ban variable rates charged to residential electric customers for electric generation service.
