AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIC RATE TRANSPARENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to improve transparency and increase opportunities for public comment on proposed changes in electric rates.
