AN ACT EXEMPTING THE CITY OF STAMFORD FROM STORMWATER PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt the city of Stamford from the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's stormwater permit requirements and to review the overall stormwater permit requirements including any efficiencies.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt the city of Stamford from stormwater permit requirements.
