AN ACT REQUIRING JOINT CAMPAIGNING FOR PRIMARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require that candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor shall run jointly for primary campaigns.
Statement of Purpose:
To require candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor to run as a ticket in primaries.
