AN ACT CONCERNING A CORPORATE TAX EXEMPTION FOR BUSINESSES MOVING TO CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a program that provides a five-year exemption from corporate business taxes for any business moving into the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage recruitment of businesses into Connecticut and to make Connecticut more business friendly.
