AN ACT ELIMINATING THE LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF MANUFACTURERS THAT MAY ESTABLISH A MANUFACTURING REINVESTMENT ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-9zz of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the limit on the number of manufacturers that may establish a manufacturing reinvestment account.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the manufacturing reinvestment account program available to all small manufacturers.
