AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING OF FUNDS SOLICITED BY INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ensure funds solicited by individuals and organizations on behalf of charitable causes are directed to those organizations and reported to the Department of Revenue Services.
Statement of Purpose:
