AN ACT CONCERNING SEXUAL ASSAULT OF CHILDREN OR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to increase penalties for sexual assault of a child or a senior citizen.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase penalties for sexual assault of a child or a senior citizen.
