AN ACT CONCERNING A TIERED SYSTEM OF RISK ASSESSMENT AS PART OF THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 969 of the general statutes be amended to include a tiered system of sex offenders on the sex offender registry that would require a risk assessment of the offender.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tiered system for placement of sex offenders on the sex offender registry.
