AN ACT CONCERNING BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR HOME HEALTH AGENCY EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-491d of the general statutes be amended to require the background checks of home health agency employees include fingerprinting.
Statement of Purpose:
To include fingerprinting as part of the background checks on employees of home health agencies.
