AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRIFICATION OF THE DANBURY RAIL LINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to electrify the Danbury rail line in three phases, first to Wilton, then to Danbury and then to New Milford.
Statement of Purpose:
To phase in electrification of the Danbury rail line.
