AN ACT REQUIRING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY TO DEVELOP POLICIES, PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES TO LOWER ELECTRIC RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general states be amended to require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to develop policies, practices and procedures to lower electric rates for residential electric consumers.
Statement of Purpose:
To lower electric rates for consumers.
