AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGULATION REVIEW COMMITTEE TO REVIEW ALL EXISTING STATE AGENCY REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 54a of the general statutes be amended to require the regulation review committee to review all existing state agency regulations and to recommend the repeal of ineffective, burdensome or unnecessary regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the regulatory burden on state residents and businesses by requiring a review of all existing state regulations.
