AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FIXED TIME PERIOD FOR AGENCY REVIEW OF EXISTING REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-189i of the general statutes be amended to require agencies to submit a review of their existing regulations every four years to the regulation review committee.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a fixed time period for agencies to submit a review of their existing regulations to the regulation review committee.
