AN ACT REQUIRING THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE TO POST PROVIDER NETWORK INFORMATION ON ITS INTERNET WEB SITE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange to post on its Internet web site current and accurate provider network information for the qualified health plans offered through the exchange.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange to post on its Internet web site current and accurate provider network information for the qualified health plans offered through the exchange.
