AN ACT EXPANDING THE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE RESPITE CARE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-349e of the general statutes be amended to increase the maximum annual income criteria for participants in the Alzheimer's disease respite care program from forty-one thousand dollars to fifty thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Alzheimer's disease respite care program.
