AN ACT CONCERNING PROGRESS AND OPPORTUNITY IN CONNECTICUT'S CITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to develop and implement policies that provide educational opportunity, job growth and economic development in Connecticut's cities and create a safe and supportive environment for children and young adults.
Statement of Purpose:
To support progress and opportunity in Connecticut's cities through policies aimed at job growth, economic development, educational improvement and support for children and young adults.
