AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DISCLOSURE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE STUDENT INFORMATION TO THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INFORMATION NETWORK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-25f of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the disclosure of any personally identifiable student information to the Connecticut Health Information Network.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the privacy of students.
