AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DISCLOSURE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE STUDENT INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the disclosure to any third party of any personally identifiable student information that is collected as part of the implementation of the Common Core State Standards or administration of the Smarter Balanced Assessments.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the disclosure of student information.
