AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE DREDGING OF PORTS ALONG THE CONNECTICUT SHORELINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for the purpose of dredging ports along the Connecticut shoreline.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide increased economic benefits and environmental improvements for cities with ports along the state's shoreline.
