AN ACT INCREASING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR ONE HUNDRED PER CENT DISABLED VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-81 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from property tax any property owned by a veteran having a disability rating of one hundred per cent, as determined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a total property tax exemption for one hundred per cent disabled veterans.
