AN ACT CONCERNING INCOME TAX DEDUCTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO AN ABLE ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to allow a deduction from the personal income tax for contributions made to an achieving a better life experience account pursuant to sections 3-39j to 3-39q, inclusive, of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a deduction from the personal income tax for contributions made to an ABLE account.
