AN ACT REPEALING THE CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the Citizens' Election Program and credit all moneys from the Citizens' Election Fund to the resources of the General Fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the Citizens' Election Program.
