AN ACT RESTORING MEDICAID FUNDING TO HOSPITALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the state biennial budget be amended to restore Medicaid funding to hospitals for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, to the level provided for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore state Medicaid funding to Connecticut hospitals to the level provided for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.
