Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2016) Any municipality may, by ordinance, establish a schedule of reasonable fees for the processing of certificate of appropriateness applications by a historic properties commission established pursuant to chapter 97a of the general statutes.
