AN ACT REPEALING THE SALES TAX ON CAR WASH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (37) of subsection (a) of section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the sales tax on car wash services.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the sales tax on car wash services in order to support locally owned small businesses and save jobs in the state.
