AN ACT CONCERNING THE RESTORATION OF A CAP ON PROBATE COURT FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-107 of the general statutes be amended to limit the amount of fees that may be assessed in connection with the administration of an estate in the Probate Court system to twelve thousand five hundred dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To cap the amount of fees that be assessed on estates administered through the Probate Court system.
