AN ACT CONCERNING ROADWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Transportation shall conduct a study relating to issues with roadways in the state. Not later than March 1, 2017, the department shall submit a report of the results of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.

Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Transportation to study issues relating to roadways in the state.
