AN ACT REPEALING RESTRICTIONS ON THE TRANSPORT OF MOBILE AND MODULAR HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Sections 14-262b and 14-262d of the general statutes are repealed. (Effective from passage)
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To subject vehicles that transport mobile homes, modular homes, house trailers or sectional houses to the same restrictions as other vehicles that are oversize or overweight.
