RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF GENEA ODESSA BELL, ESQUIRE, OF COLCHESTER TO BE A MEMBER OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Genea Odessa Bell, Esquire, of Colchester to be a member of the Judicial Review Council, as an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in the state, to serve for a term ending November 30, 2019, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to Martin B. Burke, whose term expired, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said term.
