RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF BJ ALAN COMPANY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
Section 1. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of BJ Alan Company, file number 21911 of said commissioner.
