RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF ISABEL ROCK RUSSACK, SUCCESSOR ADMINISTRATOR, D.B.N., C.T.A, OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES STOLL ROCK.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24048 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Isabel Rock Russack, successor administrator, D.B.N., C.T.A, of the estate of James Stoll Rock, is confirmed.
