RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF GERALD T. WEINER, ESQUIRE, OF WOODBRIDGE TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE EDUCATION ARBITRATION BOARD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Gerald T. Weiner, Esquire, of Woodbridge to be reappointed a member of the Education Arbitration Board, as a neutral arbitrator, to serve a term ending June 30, 2017, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, and he is reappointed said member for said term.
