RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF PATRICIA M. WIDLITZ OF GUILFORD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MATERIALS INNOVATION AND RECYCLING AUTHORITY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Patricia M. Widlitz of Guilford to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority, as a person with high-level experience in the energy field, to serve a term ending February 25, 2020, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said term.
